Christmas tree shredding in aid of St Catherine's - 10th -11th January 25

Do you have a Christmas tree that you need to dispose of?  If so, please read on and, if not, the following is for your information anyway!

Members will know that the club's chosen charity this year is St. Catherine's Hospice and on the 10th & 11th January two lorries will be shredding trees brought in from around the county by various vans/trucks. The charity benefits by taking a donation when they collect the trees, with a minimum of £15 suggested.  In this way they hope to raise £10,000. The lorries will be situated at the side of the club and this will mean that fewer disabled parking spaces will be available. The whole operation is expectged to run from dawn until dusk and will be manned by about 20 volunteers from the charity.  Please give them every assistance they may require.
