John Hayward and Ian Mellis won their first round of the National Pairs at Horsham on Tuesday 28th beating Andy Williams and partner 24 - 15 and now play Andrew Orme from Donyngs in the next 

Ted Ray won his 1st Round Over 60s Singles against John Barnard of Mole Valley. He plays Andrew Simmons of Horsham in the next Rpund.

Defeat in National Men's Pairs for Ted Ray and Steve Colby  means an early exit from the competition.
