New Wellness Officers Appointed

The club has nominated two members as Wellness Officers who are dedicated to helping members through what may be a difficult period in their lives by offering an ear to listen and perhaps offer some sound advice.

Dawn Neil-Jones and Fiona Sabey both experienced professionals with relevent care training are only too happy to utilize their skills and knowledge for the benefit of Donyngs members. So if members feel a bit lost or are going through a difficult time please be comforted by the fact you can discreetly approach our wellness officers for a chat.

In addition to the ladies named above Frank Curtis who is already the club's Child Protection Officer has agreed with his caring nature and training to step into this role. 

These new roles go a long way to highlighting that Donyngs is a great club to be a member of and is so much more than just a bowls club.
