Social

The Bridge club meets twice monthly during the winter season, currently on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month.

We do hold a number of ad-hoc social events, such as Quiz night, Race night, Curry night, Cheese and Wine night.

Bar

The bar is open in accordance with the current licensing laws and is staffed by volunteers. Drinks can be enjoyed in the bar/lounge area. Visitors are welcome to use the bar if invited by a member. Drinks are not permitted on the green.

Restaurant

The catering facility is a private enterprise run and managed by an external company. A range of meals and snacks are provided throughout the day between 9.30am and 4.00pm. In addition, hot meals are provided after all interclub matches. Light snacks are available from the bar during the evening period.

The Christmas meal is always a popular event, very good value for money.

If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies. Please ensure that you inform the caterers, who will do everything they can to accommodate you.

By agreement with the Directors the catering company will facilitate private functions requested by any club member who wishes to book the restaurant for a private function.

Only food purchased on site may be eaten on the premises. The caterers do not provide take away meals. Food is not permitted on the green.
